Available Hours for New Coaching Clients:

Mondays:
5:45am to 7:30am
1:00pm to 3:00pm
8 :00pm to 10:30pm

Tuesdays and Thursdays:

5:45am to 7:30am

8:00pm to 10:30pm

Wednesdays and Fridays:
5:45am to 7:30am

Saturdays...reserved for Workshops:

7:00am to 10:00am

Hours are eastern standard time

Fees for Coaching Services:

Coaching Test-Drive: Free
30 to 45 minute session to experience what coaching can do for you.

One-on-one Coaching: Fee $125
Basic service, 45 minutes per session, 3 sessions a month.

One-on-one Coaching: Fee $175
Basic service, 45 minutes per session, 4 sessions per month, plus Just-in-time coaching.

Coach on Demand: Fee $50 per hour
Scheduled private coaching sessions, unlimited time.

Workshops and Group Coaching:  Fees vary

• Topics will be tailored to your group

Motivational Speaking: Fees vary

• 30- to 60-minute talks
• Topics include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Getting the Life You Want
  • Having a Toleration-free Life
  • Extreme Self-Care
  • Building Your Personal Foundation
  • Attraction in Action
